    • Question:Why can a certain proportion of rivets not be pulled out?
      • Answer:
      • There are three reasons for it, namely, insufficient pneumatic pressure, too large rivet core tensile force and too hard riveted covering.   ,
    • Question:Why do dots or even cycles appear on the rivet cap edge surface after riveted?
      • Answer:
      • When using big riveter for riveting with small rivets, cycles may appear; while improper tempering of the rivet covering in thermal treatment will lead to dots on the rivet cap.
    • Question:Why can it not be riveted firmly during the riveting process?
      • Answer:
      • Because the rivet does not match the rivet hole exactly. Rivets of different specifications and sizes shall match the corresponding rivet holes exactly, otherwise, it will be loosened.
    • Question:Why are all stainless steel rivets magnetic?
      • Answer:
      • There are a variety of types of stainless steel that can be divided into the following kinds according to the organizational structure under normal temperature:
          1. Austenitic stainless steel: such as 304, 321,316 and 310 etc;
          2. Martensitic stainless steel: such as 430, 420 and 410 etc.

Austenitic stainless steel is a non-magnetic or weak-magnetic material while martensitic or ferrite stainless steel is magnetic. Generally decorative stainless steel pipes and sheets are mostly made of austenitic 304 are non-magnetic or weak-magnetic; such material may become magnetic due to chemical composition fluctuation or different process condition in metallurgy.

    • Question:Why is it difficult to pull sometimes?
      • Answer:
      • Because the pneumatic pressure is not sufficient compared with the normal working pressure of 3 to 6KG.

    • Question:Why does it break at improper point when riveted?
      • Answer:
      • It is caused by the improper installation of the rivet core.
    • Question:Why can rivet body be pulled out after riveted?
      • Answer:
      • The rivet becomes too soft due to higher annealing temperature of the riveted covering, as a consequence, the rivet body can be pulled out easily.
    • Question:Why can rivet core not be put into the rivet nose in using such rivet?
      • Answer:
      •  Because when the rivet is used, different rivets shall be riveted with different rivet nose, it is definite that the larger rivet cores can not be put into the small rivet nose.
